Understanding Relations

Let’s today try to understand relations in our life. Here I will be providing you with some strides to understand different relations in your life in better way. There is one thing any person else than a blood relation is there into our lives because we let them to be. Even many of our blood relations have vital roles in our lives because we provided them with this stance. Let me tell you today that how you can assess the way they persuade your life.

Take a pen and a paper. And I believe you to be very true to yourself for answering each of these questions.

1st Step:

Jot down the names of all the people in your life whom you believe to be closer to.

2nd Step:

Now once you have listed all names, start writing affirmative features of each of them right in front of their names. And also that how it makes you act positively too.

3rd Step:

Now for each of the powers that you have jotted down in front of each name, rate them. Rate them in a way that from 1 that is lowest to 10 being highest.

This is like how many times on average of ten you experienced this attribute of the person.

4th Step:

Now once you have repeated the same above mentioned procedure with all the people on your list, write the total score of each person in next column in front of their names.

Now after doing this turn over the page and write the names of people according to the numbers they scored. That is from highest scorer to lowest scorer.

5th Step:

Now we need to be back to our previous page. This time, jot down all negative characteristics of each of the person in list.

Again grade them in same way as you graded positivity of all the people.

6th Step:

Now come to next page where you listed people with their total scores in ascending order. This time repeat it same way for negative traits.

7th Step:

Look back at positive habits and analyze how these are connected with you. Like if for someone you had written that this person makes you smile, write here how it happens?

8th Step:

Now repeat the above mentioned step in same way for negative features.

9th Step:

Now contrast the persons who are on top of each list. If there is a different person in each of the list than you may easily decide to move out the person who tops in negative traits list out of your life. Now if the person you get on top of each list is same, here is the time for you to consider again that how much his negative habits are affecting you. Think sharp over it.

10th Step:

Now beside each person’s name write how you are going to make your relationship better with each of them. Like how you are going to work out in order to avoid their negative habits to become hindrance in continuation of your relation.

11th Step:

Now write beside each person that how you can make the score of each positive habit to reach to 10, for all people.

12th Step:

Now look back once on all of your plans you have noted down in order to make your relationship strengthen. Analyze them that how much realistic and achievable they are. And after that, set a time limit for yourself for achieving them.

13th Step:

Now its time for you to analyze negative and positive characteristics found in you. Once you have listed these, try to figure out how each of these is impacting the people close to us.

14th Step:

Be mentally prepared that bringing in any change in yourself and other will take ample time. Don’t loose a loved one for being restless in implementing your goals. Because sometimes this may make the other person feel if you are trying to overcome them.
